Website and enquiry privacy

Your enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we ask for your name, company, email, property location and project details. We use this information to respond to your project request.

Enquiries are processed through our website hosting and email service providers. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in the form.

The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. You can request correction or deletion of enquiry information when communicating with us about your project.

Free planning tools

The project planner creates your brief in the current page. We do not save its answers to browser storage or send them to our server unless you submit the optional enquiry form. Download your brief to keep a copy. If you request a quote, the form includes your editable brief and identifies the project planner as its source. It does not subscribe you to marketing.

The downloadable quote-comparison PDF works independently. Entries you make in it are not submitted to PainterzRus. Keep any completed files secure on your device.

Optional website analytics

We load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only after you choose Accept analytics. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from browsing or contacting us. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Your preference is stored in your browser; clearing browser data resets it.

Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, referring websites, device information and enquiry actions. A phone or email click indicates interest, not a completed call or a received enquiry. We do not send your form responses or contact details as analytics events. Google advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

With analytics permission, we also measure clicks to download the kit, planner starts, completed briefs, brief-download clicks and opening the optional enquiry form. These actions are not treated as customer leads. Planner answers and the generated brief are excluded from analytics events.

Microsoft Clarity helps us improve the website using interaction metrics, heatmaps and session replays. It may use cookies and similar technology to understand browsing activity. The enquiry form, planner answers and generated brief are masked in recordings. Advertising storage consent is denied. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for how Microsoft handles this information.

Withdrawing consent stops optional tracking on subsequent page loads and removes the analytics cookies we can access on this website. It does not automatically erase data previously processed by the providers. Contact us with privacy questions or requests.
